What are your insurance requirements?

We require full coverage insurance on all loans over $3,000.00. You may choose your own insurance provider, be sure to have them list us as a lienholder with the info above.

If you fail to maintain insurance on your collateral with us, we reserve the right to force place insurance on the loan, which will increase your monthly payment. Note that this insurance only covers the loan balance and provides no protection to you and is more expensive than insurance that your agent/company can provide.

What is your late fee policy?

Loan payments are due on or before the due date each month. If the payment is received more than 15 days after the due date, your account will be assessed a late fee. If you need to change your due date, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-566-FARM (3276).

Do you offer paperless monthly statements?

Yes, by creating your own account on our customer portal, you can select to receive monthly payment notices via text or email.

Are your investments available to all US residents?

No, unfortunately our debenture notes and class B common stock are only available to residents of the State of Idaho.

Are your loans available to all US residents?

No, unfortunately we are currently only licensed to offer direct loans to residents of the states of Idaho and Washington.
