Grow your savings with investment opportunities from Farm Bureau Finance Company. We offer subordinated debenture notes and Class B common stock—investment options authorized under Idaho law and available exclusively to Idaho residents. With flexible terms, low minimums, and quarterly interest options, our investment products provide competitive ways to plan for your future. For over 60 years, we’ve helped Idaho families make sound financial choices rooted in security and community values.

Subordinated Debentures Notes

Our subordinated debentures notes are a flexible, secure investment option available exclusively to Idaho residents. The principal amount and maturity date are set based on your individual arrangements, with a minimum investment of just $50 and a minimum term of one month.

Investors can choose to receive interest payments quarterly or have them automatically compounded, allowing your money to grow. At maturity, your note will automatically renew at the current interest rate unless you request to redeem the note or we provide written notice of a call.

After the first maturity date, your note becomes liquid, meaning it can be redeemed at any time with no penalty—giving you both stability and flexibility.

Class B Common Stock

Farm Bureau Finance Company also offers Class B Common Stock as another investment opportunity. These equity shares represent ownership in the corporation and may be divided into different classes, as described in our corporate charter and bylaws.

This investment option gives residents a chance to participate in the growth of our company while diversifying their portfolio.
